Shop small and enjoy a festive morning featuring local businesses, artisans, food vendors, bakers, boutiques, holiday gifts, sweet treats, and more.

🛍️ Interested in Being a Vendor?

We're looking for retail, artisan, food, bakery, and other local vendors to join us for the Midway Merry Market!

Vendor Setup & Requirements

• Outdoor Event: This market will take place outdoors at Midway Marketplace.
• Vendor Space: Each registered vendor will receive a 10x10 ft space.
• Setup Begins: 8:00 AM.
• Ready by: All vendors must be fully set up and ready to sell by 9:00 AM.
• Market Hours: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. Vendors are expected to remain set up for the entire event.
• Tent Weights Required: If you bring a tent or canopy, you MUST have proper tent weights to safely secure it. This is mandatory for all tents.

🍪 Cookie Walk Participation

Cookie distribution is not required to participate in the market. Vendors interested in adding a little extra holiday cheer are welcome to provide individually wrapped cookies or treats to visitors.

Please note: Vendor registration for the Midway Merry Market is separate from Cookie Walk tote registration.
