The Midway Chamber of Commerce is now accepting applications for the Midway Retail Market Portable Sheds, a new small business incubator located at Archer & Narragansett.

This program is designed to help local entrepreneurs test their business ideas, build a customer base, and grow into a permanent storefront within the Midway community. 

🛍️ We’re Looking For:

• Artisan & handmade goods
• Apparel & retail brands
• Pre-packaged food vendors
• Unique small business concepts

• Affordable retail space ($400–$500/month)

• Real storefront experience
• Opportunity to grow into a brick-and-mortar location 

📍 Prime Location:
Located at Archer & Narragansett alongside the Farmers Market, this site offers strong local traffic and a built-in community shopping environment. 

📋 Vendor Requirements:

• Business license (City of Chicago)
• Sales tax compliance
• General liability insurance
• Minimum commitment of 3 days per week
• Required hours:
  • Friday: 4PM–8PM
  • Saturday: 9AM–1PM (mandatory)
  • Sunday: 12PM–4PM

• 10x10 units

• Clean, professional retail environment
