Join us for a lively summer evening of shopping, food, music, classic cars, and family fun along Archer Avenue!

Summer Nite Pop-Up takes place alongside the annual Archer Avenue Car Show hosted by the Garfield Ridge Neighborhood Watch and co-hosted by the Midway Chamber of Commerce. This popular community event attracts thousands of attendees from across the city and creates a vibrant atmosphere for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

🎉 NEW THIS YEAR: FREE KID ZONE!

The main Farmers Market parking lot at Archer & Narragansett will feature a FREE Kid Zone with family-friendly activities, music, and community fun throughout the evening.

🚗 CAR SHOW & TRAFFIC FLOW INFORMATION

Archer Avenue traffic will be closed out to traffic starting at approximately 5:00 PM as participating vehicles enter the car show area until approximately 5/5:45 PM.

We’re not the car show — we’re your shopping, food, and community destination during the event. 🛍️✨

📍 EVENT LAYOUT

The event layout includes:

• Merchandise Vendors along the Archer Avenue sidewalk in front of the Chamber BizHub (formerly Fifth Third Bank)
• Food Vendors in the smaller BizHub parking lot
• Kid & Family Vendors adjacent to the Kid Zone
• FREE Kid Zone in the large parking lot at Archer & Narragansett
• DJ and entertainment on Nagle Street
• Archer Avenue Car Show from Narragansett to Oak Park

🚗 VENDOR PARKING

Vendor parking is available at:

Garfield Ridge Baptist Church
5520 S Narragansett Ave
Chicago, IL 60638

Vendors may unload first and then move their vehicles to the church parking lot, or park there initially and use a wagon/cart to transport items.

⚠️ No vendor parking is permitted at the BizHub during the event.

✅ CHECK-IN REQUIRED

All vendors must check in at the Midway Chamber table before setting up.

A Chamber representative will:
• Verify registration
• Direct vendors to their assigned space
• Assist with event questions

🛍️ MERCHANDISE VENDOR INFORMATION

• No tents permitted
• One standard 6-foot table and two chairs maximum (not provided)
• Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables and chairs
• Merchandise vendors will be positioned along the sidewalk directly in front of the Chamber BizHub
• Classic show vehicles will be displayed along Archer Avenue directly in front of the vendor area, creating excellent visibility and high pedestrian traffic

🌮 FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION

• Food vendors will be located in the smaller BizHub parking lot
• One 10x10 tent permitted
• Vendors must provide their own tent, equipment, and power source if needed

👣 EXPECT HIGH FOOT TRAFFIC

The Archer Avenue Car Show brings thousands of visitors to the area each year. Attendees will be walking throughout the event corridor, shopping local vendors, visiting businesses, enjoying food, and participating in family activities throughout the evening.
