Summerween Pop-Up

A little spooky, a little sunny, and a whole lot of fun! Join us for the Midway Marketplace Summerween Pop-Up, where summer meets Halloween for a family-friendly afternoon of local shopping, themed treats, trick-or-treating, spooky goods, creative vendors, and community fun. Costumes are welcome, and participating vendors will have something special for trick-or-treaters!

Sunday Themed Pop-Up Vendor Fees

Vendor fees for the Midway Marketplace Sunday Themed Pop-Up Events are as follows:

Midway Chamber Members

Retail / Artisan Vendor: $20
Food Vendor: $40
Food Truck: $60

Non-Members

Retail / Artisan Vendor: $40
Food Vendor: $60
Food Truck: $90

Vendors are encouraged to bring products, specials, displays, or activities that match the event theme. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table, tent, tent weights, chairs, and any display materials needed for their setup.

Vendor setup begins at 11:00 AM. Please arrive with enough time to unload, set up, and be ready for customers by the event start time. Space is limited, and advance registration is required.
